Dual Women’s Health/Nurse-Midwifery Curriculum

Academics & Admissions

The Dual Women’s Health/Nurse-Midwifery DNP Program admits students every fall and has the following requirements for graduation:

  • 80 Credits
  • 1080 Clinical Hours (min.)
  • The minimum number of combined clinical practicum and DNP project experience hours is 1000. Many students, however, may be required to complete more than 1000 hours to meet minimum competency requirements for graduation and certification (when applicable).

  • Students may complete this program in four years
  • In-person classes meet on our Newark campus


*If you do not complete your project during your project-related courses, you will need to register for a 1-credit project continuation course in subsequent semesters until your project is complete.
