The Post-Master’s DNP Practice (Executive Weekend Model) program combines advanced practice and leadership content with a focus on quality care and cultural competency skills.
At Rutgers School of Nursing, we prepare you to provide high-level, evidence-based nursing care across diverse settings and systems. Through our program, you’ll gain the knowledge base and skill mix needed to work within interdisciplinary teams, achieving quality care health care goals, and reducing disparities.
The DNP program helped me understand health systems even more and enhanced my knowledge to improve nursing practice and patient outcomes. The program will position me to take a leadership role in patient safety and develop ways to create a safe environment for patients.
