  • Nursing Students may email support@sn.rutgers.edu with general questions.

Please follow the specific protocols below for urgent issues:

  • In-Class Technology Emergencies: For immediate assistance with malfunctioning classroom equipment or support for a live exam, please call the helpdesk at 973-972-3609. When you speak with the representative, please state clearly that you have an “in-class emergency” that affects your ability to facilitate your class. This will ensure your request is escalated with the highest priority.
  • Other Urgent Matters: For other emergencies that occur outside of the classroom, please send a detailed email directly to the DoTNET team at son_it-admins@sn.rutgers.edu.
