Part-time and full-time nurse faculty are in high demand. In this innovative three-course certificate program, you will gain the practical knowledge and leadership skills needed to begin teaching at a nursing school, college, or university—or in a clinical setting. Together with your new degree, this certificate program will qualify you for the Certified Nurse Educator Novice exam and CNE®n designation by the National League for Nursing. The certificate will be awarded upon graduation.*
How to Enroll
Matriculating students can enroll by registering for the courses and declaring the certificate concentration.
Declaring the concentration does not obligate you in any way to continue in the program. All regular SON academic policies, terms, and deadlines apply. When you graduate from your advanced degree program at School of Nursing, your Nursing Education Leadership Certificate qualifies you to sit for the Certified Nurse Educator Novice exam to earn CNE®n designation by the National League for Nursing.
