Student Advisement and Registration
Undergraduate Student Advisement
Undergraduate students receive course advisement from the Office of Student Services during advisement sessions. During this time, the undergraduate program coordinator, along with the Student Services staff, advise undergraduate students on course progression and assist in any technical issues associated with registration.
Updates about the next advisement session will be posted.
Members of the faculty provide career and industry advisement to undergraduate nursing students. Students who wish to seek career and industry-specific advisement are matched with a faculty member upon request.
For questions regarding advising, please contact:
Ms. Yaritsa Villegas - email@example.com
Graduate Student Advisement

*Clinical clearance deadlines are very close to registration deadlines. Because of the clinical requirement of nursing students, it is absolutely important for all students, once registered for the following semester, to begin working toward clearance for the semester if clinical courses are selected.
Transferring Courses into the School of Nursing
All transfer credits must be approved by the appropriate academic dean and all requests must include submission of relevant course syllabi. Transfer credits will be granted for core courses only. In addition, please note that transfer credits will not appear on the Rutgers University transcript until 12 credits have been completed at Rutgers University..
