Christine Repsha, PhD, FNP-BC, CHSE (she/her) is Associate Dean for Simulation and Clinical Nursing and an Assistant Professor at Rutgers University School of Nursing. Dr. Repsha uses her expertise to develop simulation programs focused on helping students develop clinical reasoning as well as acquire competency in their nursing judgement and skills. She currently is a member of the Revision Committee for the Healthcare Simulation Standards of Best practice, holds a leadership appointment to the International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation in Learning – National Organization of Nurse Practitioner Faculties Advanced Practice Nursing Simulation Initiative, and is a Research Fellow of INACSL.

As the director for the Center for Clinical Learning (CCL) in the School of Nursing, Dr. Repsha collaborates with faculty across programs to implement innovative learning strategies to complement didactic classes and off-campus clinical experiences. Alongside the CCL faculty and staff, Dr. Repsha develops and implements interprofessional education activities for students and faculty across Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences.

Dr. Repsha earned her BS in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, her Master’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and her PhD in Nursing and Health Promotion from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator.
