Duties of the Assistant Director

  1. Oversees recruitment and retention of Faculty Nominated Peer Tutors.
  2. Designs and delivers training, development, and certification of peer tutors.
  3. Supports undergraduate and graduate students through Academic Coaching and the delivery of student success workshops.
  4. Designs and manages OAS technology resources, including the OAS website, Canvas LMS page, and the associated data.
