Ms. Rowena Curva has worked in the Center for Clinical Learning (CCL) as a Clinical Learning Facilitator since 2015.  Currently, she is working at the Ackerson Hall location supporting the Newark traditional undergraduate program.  As one of our current PhD in Nursing candidates, she has also served as a Teaching Assistant, working with our undergraduate students in the clinical and simulation lab settings.  She has a strong interest in Global Health and has collaborated with the University of Dodoma in Tanzania through simulation-based experiences and assisted in implementing simulation-based disaster-preparedness training for the Japanese Tomodachi Johnson and Johnson training program.  Rowena earned her BA in television and media arts from Rutgers University and her BSN and MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the former UMDNJ School of Nursing.  Additionally, she has several certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, ESTC, and APRN.
