Roger is a highly dedicated IT professional with over 20 years of experience.  He currently serves as the Senior Business Systems Analyst at the François-Xavier Bagnoud, (FXB) Center, Rutgers University School of Nursing.  He oversees the day-to-day operations of the Local area network at the FXB Center as well as troubleshoot all technical issues.

Roger also serves as a liaison between the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency IT Department and Rutgers University for the Child Health Program (CHP). He provides support for the Child Health Program staff in satellite offices throughout the state of New Jersey.

Major Accomplishments:

  • Designed, implemented, and supported network systems of the branch office in Guyana, South America.
  • Installation of database and training for the National Ministry staff and students in Botswana, Southern Africa on the use of Kiosk computer resources. Provided database training for Guyana and Botswana Ministries of Health to track national HIV training programs.
