At the SON, Nadia serves as the Assistant Director of Student Affairs under the Office of Student Advisement and Retention, where she oversees the Pathways Pre-Nursing Program, which prepares both traditional and second-degree track students to enter the BSN and ABSN programs at the SON. She leads recruitment initiatives targeting high-potential students, in collaboration with SASN and other feeder schools.
   
In addition to her role in the Pathways Program, Nadia provides academic support for a caseload of undergraduate students, including freshmen and sophomores on the Newark campus and transfer students on both the Newark and New Brunswick campuses.

Education and Training:

Nadia earned her BA in Social Work and her Master’s in Public Administration from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. She was also part of the Rutgers Leadership Academy 2024–2025 cohort, a program designed to strengthen leadership skills and prepare faculty and staff to address strategic challenges in higher education.
