Libni S. Reyes is a Clinical Lab Facilitator with the Rutgers School of Nursing, where he supports clinical simulation, skills-lab operations, and student learning. He works closely with faculty and students to facilitate simulation activities, maintain effective clinical learning environments, and support the day-to-day operations that contribute to a positive and engaging educational experience. Libni brings more than 20 years of professional experience spanning management, financial services, marketing, government, and the high-fashion and retail industries. Before joining Rutgers, he worked in healthcare simulation as a Standardized Patient and held management and leadership roles in the private sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, an Associate degree in Business Administration Management, and two Master of Business Administration degrees in General Management and Project Management. His professional interests include clinical simulation, academic operations, project management, student engagement, and the intersection of business, healthcare, and education.
