Dr. Ashley Pianko has taught as adjunct faculty with Rutgers since 2023. Dr. Pianko has worked as a nurse educator for over 10 years and previously worked in direct patient care with experience in medical-surgical units, progressive care/step-down, and telemetry. She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner and holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Systems Level Leadership from Thomas Edison State University. Dr. Pianko is passionate about palliative and end-of-life care.
