Alicia Boone serves as the Graduate Clinical Program Manager for the Advanced Nursing Practice (ANP) Division at Rutgers School of Nursing. Since 2018, she has worked in higher education and clinical placement administration, supporting graduate nursing students, faculty, and clinical partners while advancing academic and clinical education initiatives.
Prior to joining Rutgers, Ms. Boone managed student progression and curriculum operations within nursing education programs and collaborated with departments including Admissions, Registrar, Bursar, and Career Services. She earned a Master of Education in Education, Culture, and Society from Rutgers University and is committed to fostering student success, educational excellence, and community engagement.
Ms. Boone is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, where she remains dedicated to public service and community involvement.
