Featuring Dr. Kylie M. Smith, author of Talking Therapy: Knowledge and Power in American Psychiatric Nursing, presenting: Beyond Talking Therapy: The Work and Wisdom of Hildegard Peplau, a reflection on Peplau’s life, work and enduring legacy, followed by audience Q&A. Remarks will be given by Dr. Angela Starkweather, dean and professor.
This event is free to attend and made possible through the generosity of Anne Peplau and the friends and family who continue to honor Dr. Hildegard Peplau’s legacy.
