Drs. Holly & Salmond are Co-Authors (with M. K. Saimbert), Comprehensive Systematic Review as the Basis for Evidence-Based Nursing Practice (Sept.. 2011, Springer) which received an AJN book of the year award for 2012.

Dr. Holly is the coordinator of the Eastern Nursing Research Society’s Research Interest Group on Comprehensive Systematic Review and Knowledge Translation. She is a member of the Committee on Directors of the JBI and Midwifery, the Evidence Translation Group, Cochrane Nursing Care Field, and the Cochrane Injuries Group. She serves as manuscript reviewer for several journals, including Nursing Outlook, Applied Nursing Research, Nursing Education Perspectives, and theJournal of Critical Care Nursing. Dr. Salmond is certified as a Train-the-Trainer in Comprehensive Systematic Review by the JBI Institute and has offered workshops on comprehensive systematic review across the United States and teaches the qualitative component of NEST’s Systematic Review course. She serves on the JBI scientific methodology committees for mixed methods and qualitative synthesis, is a member of the Committee of Directors of JBI, and is the current chair of the JBI Implementation and Synthesis Science Network of the Americas (ISSNA). Dr. Salmond is an advisor to the journal, JBI Database of Systematic Reviews and Implementation Reports — a peer-reviewed, online journal that publishes systematic reviews of healthcare research.  In addition to co-authoring all three editions of Comprehensive Systematic Review for Advanced Practice Nursing, Dr. Salmond was also co-author of all three editions of the textbook, Orthopaedic Nursing. Dr. Jadotte is a physician committed to preventive medicine. In 2006 he graduated summa cum laude from Montclair State University with a BS in molecular biology and a minor in chemistry. In 2010 he completed his Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) with honors at the Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. In 2016 he graduated from Rutgers University and NJIT with a Doctor of Philosophy degree (PhD) in Urban Systems, with a concentration in Urban Health.  His research interests in urban systems include: improving healthcare services for urban populations, studying the relationship between urbanization, urbanism and disease, and quantifying the effects of urbanicity on healthcare and population health, particularly cancer outcomes. His other research interests include: interprofessional collaborative practice, evidence-based healthcare, systematic review and meta-analysis methodology, comparative effectiveness research, the impact of social determinants on health outcomes, and the social construction of health. He is a member of the Golden Key, Phi Kappa Phi, Sigma Xi Research and Alpha Epsilon Lambda honor societies, as well as the National Medical Association, the International Society for Urban Health, and the American Medical Association. He is a reviewer for several journals, including the European Journal of Health Economics, the JBI Database of Systematic Reviews and Implementation Reports, the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, and is a member of the JBI, Campbell and Cochrane Collaborations. Currently he also serves as Faculty Advisor for Alpha Epsilon Lambda, Alpha Chi chapter at Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences, which is the university’s interprofessional honor society.
