Nursing Administration - Spring 2009

This two-day course prepares nurses to take the ANCC Nursing Administration exam and also serves as an update of current knowledge needed in Nursing Administration. Health care organizations, nursing service delivery systems, managing material resources and nursing trends/issues will be explored. Discussion will include nursing management philosophy, organizational structure, policies and procedures, standards of care and legal ethical concerns. A mock test will be given as part of the instruction.
