This interdisciplinary conference is intended for all health care delivery members in order to promote best practices in end-of-life and palliative care. Faculty will provide contemporary information, innovative ideas and research regarding care of the dying client. A holistic view across the life span will be discussed. Simultaneous sessions will comprise best practices in end-of-life and palliative care in a variety of health care agencies/institutions.
