Master of Science in Nursing
The College of Nursing Master’s Program is only accepting "new" students into the Nursing Leadership Track. All plans of study listed below, with the exception of Nursing Leadership, are for students currently enrolled in these tracks. Curriculum Changes Effective Fall 2012
Students currently enrolled in any Masters clinical specialty should refer to the Masters Program Clinical Course Equivalency Comparison Chart to see how course changes, effective Fall 2012 will affect their Plan of Study.
Expected Program Completion
MS students complete the degree program in 15-18 months with full-time study and two to three years with part-time study. The maximum allowable time for program completion according to College of Nursing and University policy is seven years.
Part-time study is considered to be 2 courses per semester (6 credits). Full-time study is defined as 3 courses (9 credits) or more per semester.
