The new Rutgers College of Nursing building in New Brunswick will be located in the midst of the emergent Rutgers Health Science Center at the intersection of Paterson, Bayard and Joyce Kilmer Streets. New Jersey and much of the rest of the nation have been faced with a critical nursing shortage in recent years. Rutgers has always been the "flagship" for nursing in New Jersey, acting with decisiveness to increase enrollments and educate leadership for the profession in our masters and doctoral programs. We will continue this tradition, serving the State and the nation with distinction.
The Groundbreaking Ceremony was held on November 16, 2005.
A Site Dedication Ceremony was held on April 18th 2006.
