Interviews are formal discussions between you and employers regarding your qualifications and the employment situations. They can occur in a variety of settings and it is important to note that every face-to-face interaction with a potential employer (or the staff at a potential employment site) is part of the interview process (including meals, receptions and information sessions). Interviewing is a skill. The more you work on developing that skill the better at it you will become.
